About Us
Meet Dawn
Design Principal and owner Dawn Engel has been designing gardens in the Bay Area since 1999.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and an Associate’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Design. Her gardens through the years have won multiple awards, including the California Landscape Contractor Association’s highest level award of Landscape of the Year, as well as five top awards for her garden in the 2012 San Francisco Flower and Garden Show. When she’s not designing gardens, she’s busy gardening (but of course!), making pottery in her studio, or playing with her dogs, Nola and Sally.
