Our Process
We believe your landscape project should be stress-free. We’ll start with easy steps to making your dream landscape come to life.
Step 1: Create a Survey
Every landscape project needs to begin with a scaled survey drawing of your yard. If you don’t have one, we’ll make one for you! Dave, our fearless associate, will come to your property and measure everything for an accurate, down-to-the-inch CAD survey from which we can create your new landscape plan.
Step 2: Design Intake Meeting
We'll meet at your property to discuss your vision for the space. Together, we'll explore layout, functionality, materials, plantings, and the features that matter most to create a landscape that fits your lifestyle.
Step 3: Concept Plan Design
You’ll be presented with a conceptual 2D and 3D layout plan. We can go over this via Zoom and modify it until you are happy with the overall look and flow of the space.
Step 4: Final Design
Once you've approved the layout, we'll finalize the materials, planting, and lighting plans. Your completed conceptual plan will include everything your contractor needs to prepare an installation estimate and build your project, with elevation views included where needed, such as for an outdoor kitchen.
Step 5: Installation
We work with a landscape installer who knows how we like things done, knows how to read our plans, and is in daily communication with us. Work with us for the installation, and you are assured a smooth process and a beautiful outcome.
